Side Quest #17 Location

For the pretty hair clip, it says to go to the accessory store on the Western Side, however for the life of me, I cannot find any accessory store or anything close on the western side. Can somebody guide me as to where it is located?

 

So, got an answer from another source, figured I'd post here:

There's two west exits, and my eyes only looked at the Southern west one. There is one above that goes to it. Duh.

So in case anyone else just hits a blind spot on that like I did, here's your answer.
